How long does the Shedding Season Kit take?
Most orders arrive in 4 to 10 working days. The kit may arrive in more than one parcel, because each tool ships separately. You will get tracking by email.
How long does the back-seat extender take?
It ships from a UK warehouse. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days, with tracking by email.
Is delivery free?
Yes. UK delivery is included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Where do you ship?
UK mainland only for now.
The products
Will the seat extender restrain my dog?
No. It is a seat protector and platform, not a restraint. Use a properly fitted car harness or crate as well. The Highway Code (Rule 57) says dogs should be suitably restrained in vehicles.
Does the roller need refills?
No. It is reusable, with no sticky sheets.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. Email admin@diyppf.co.uk. Please return the item unused, in its original packaging. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return.
What if it arrives faulty?
Contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
