Delivery
Ramblemutt ships to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery is included in the product price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
- Shedding Season Kit: most orders arrive in 4 to 10 working days. The kit may arrive as more than one parcel, because each tool ships separately. You will get tracking by email.
- Hard-base back-seat extender: ships from a UK warehouse. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days, with tracking by email.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Times are guides, not guarantees. If a parcel is late, email admin@diyppf.co.uk and we will help you chase it.
Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us at admin@diyppf.co.uk. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
Please return them unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the price you paid, including the delivery that was included in the price, within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of you showing they were sent.
Faulty or damaged goods
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return postage. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
